“The Challenge of leadership by Beyond Influence, has both taught me to lead and given me the tools to do it. I am currently six months into a year long DoD leadership development program. In my opinion this course has done more by giving me the tools needed to not only effectively lead a team, but to lead my peers and by boss as well. I believe this course has the potential to eliminate the effects of toxic leadership without eliminating the leader.”-GS-13, Vectored
“Immediate applicability in professional and personal life. I would invite the entire Air Force.” -Lt. Colonel, USAF
