A 3 Day Hands-On Workshop for Government Employees
Today's government managers and supervisors need to evolve from a traditional approach of leadership based on experience, expertise, and command to remain effective in the evolving workplace dynamics of government service. The historical method of ruling through dominance and centralized decision-making is no longer effective. This workshop introduces attendees to innovative methods of leveraging their skills to foster both independence and teamwork in their teams, thereby optimizing outcomes. The workshop is led by a dynamic instructor with over twenty years of leadership experience within government settings, who will introduce a leadership model and strategies essential for fostering motivation, engagement, innovation, and transformation, while also nurturing leadership qualities in others to guarantee the success of future organizational goals.
