Often, the answers to these questions will immediately be clear just by writing them down. If not, seek the counsel of a trusted advisor or mentor and discuss these two questions. Sometimes it just takes an outside perspective to gain clarity. As an added bonus, you now have someone to hold you accountable! And remember, don’t choose to be confused about a situation that isn’t confusing. The answer is right there, waiting for you.
