STUDENT FEEDBACK

“This training not only helped with self-identification but also gave me awareness of the ability to identify and relate to other personality types. Learned how to identify the root cause of a problem, what the desired result is and what barriers/pathways to navigate [to get there]. Felt there was a lot of growth personally and with coworkers.” -GS-13

“The material was presented in a way we could take back and use in our current assignments. I feel this was made possible in part due to John’s military background. I really liked the exercise on developing your qualities as a leader. I will work on this as I leave the class. I also liked the section on communication.” -NH-04
