Confidentiality
At Beyond Influence, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our coaching programs. Sponsored by the Emergency Medicine Department, we ensure that all interactions between each coach and participant remain strictly confidential. No personal information or details from coaching sessions will be shared with the sponsor. The only information provided to the sponsor will be the number of sessions completed by each participant.
Each coach from Beyond Influence adheres to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all coaching relationships. Program Structure
- This is a six-month performance and leadership development coaching program for high capacity leaders.
The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client.
Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.
- Customized for each leader to meet you and your team's leadership and professional development goals.
- Each participant will engage in 12 coaching sessions over six months
- There is flexibility to extend the timeframe as necessary to ensure all coaching sessions are scheduled.
